 FAQ Information

Convenience Fee:  A fee charged by the payment processor for processing the transaction.  The convenience fee is collected by Official Payments Corporation, the credit card and eCheck processor.  The fee is a separate charge that is included in the total amount paid.  The Tax Payment Cart and the Payment Receipt will separately show the total amount of your tax and the amount of the convenience fee.

Payments made online will usually be posted by noon the following business day.
